January 23-24 - Sierra Madre Winter Carnival, Encampment - Come enjoy the winter fun in Encampment! Activities planned include "build your own" sled races, a snow sculpture contest, a "Sixth Street Sprint" snowmobile race, a chili cook-off, and a treasure hunt. February 13-16 - Cody Ice Climbing Festival, Cody - The Cody Ice Festival is a great event for the winter outdoors enthusiast. There will be a variety of activities as well a number of exhibits and demos put on by different outdoor gear companies. March 26-29 - World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb, Jackson Hole - With over 10,000 spectators and 300 participants from across the United States and Canada, the World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb is an exciting event. April 17 - 19 - Spring Home Show, Rock Springs - With a number of exhibitors the Spring Home and Garden Show provides a number of varied perspectives on how to get your garden just right. July 3-11 - Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo, Casper - The Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo is one of the best family events in Wyoming. July 17-26 - Cheyenne Frontier Days, Cheyenne - The Cheyenne Frontier Days features a number of events, including live music, a rodeo, and an American Indian village. Among the visiting musicians who will perform are: Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry, and Journey who will perform with the guest artist Styx. July 23 - August 1 - Uinta County Fair, Evanston - On Saturday July 27, Clay Walker will perform live at the Uinta County Fair. July 26 - August 2 - Crook County Fair and Rodeo, Sundance - Come enjoy the Crook County Fair and Rodeo. In addition to the rodeo there will be pig wrestling, a horse show, a cat show, and various other animal shows. Also, there will be a variety of exhibits and a talent show. 307-283-2644 (12529)

August 1-8 - Laramie County Fair, Cheyenne - Wyoming's oldest fair, the Laramie County Fair has a tradition steeped in building community and providing fun to the community. August 8-15 - Wyoming State Fair, Douglas - With a rodeo, carnival rides and games, and a number of fair activities, the Wyoming state fair is a fun activity to participate in. September 12-13 - Copper Days Festival, Encampment - There will be antique tractors on display, a tractor pull, and a parade all at the Copper Days Festival in Encampment, Wyoming.
