Winooski River Sojourn - Each June, Friends of the Winooski River hosts the Winooski River Sojourn - a six day paddling trip down the length of the Winooski River. Washington County Fair & Field Days Montpelier - The Vermont State Fair is an annual state fair in Rutland, Vermont in September, at the State Fairgrounds.
