Museums

Moab Arts & Recreation Center - Originally a church constructed in 1925, the Moab Arts and Recreation Center (MARC) formed in 1997 to offer arts, recreation, and education to the community of Moab, UT. Centrally located, the MARC offers ongoing arts and rcereation classes and is available for special event rental.

The Kagilia Fine Arts Center - The Kagilia Fine Arts Center in Blanding stages live performances throughout the year. "Edge of the Seaters", a theater company performs melodramas during Blanding's 4th of July Celebration. Blue Mountain Entertainment in Monticello presents five concerts per year. Museum of Moab - This regional museum tells the story of Moab and Grand County's past, from prehistoric and Ute Indian artifacts to the explorations of Spanish missionaries. Photos and artifacts show pioneer Moab life, much of which centered around ranching or mining.

Canyonlands National Park -  Canyonlands National Park offers beautiful landscapes, canyons, colorful sandstone formations, Indian ruins and spectacular views.  Visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rafting, climbing and camping.

Manti-LaSal National Forest - The forest contains over a million acres in three mountain blocks providing islands of green rising above the desert.  Enjoy biking, fishing, camping, hiking, horseback riding, hunting and amazing scenery.
