Horses on the Beach - If you've always wanted to ride horses on the beach, here's your chance! Enjoy a truly incredible experience as you ride on Horseback along South Padre Island. There are a variety of horses to choose from, including ones for first timers, kids, and experienced riders. Hay rides and beach parties are also available, as well as classes and riding instruction.

Cole Park - This park is located on our beautiful scenic shoreline of the Corpus Christi Bay near downtown. In addition to the skate park, this 43-acre park also features a large playground, a lighted fishing pier, and open and shaded picnic tables. It also has an outdoor amphitheater that hosts free concerts, films, and a variety of special events throughout the year.

Bayfest - Bayfest continues to celebrate the unique cultural and ethnic diversity of our region by composing a colorful explosion of music, art, entertainment and fun. Bayfest works with over 5,000 community volunteers who give their time and efforts to assure its success each year and attracts over 110,000 festival goers each year.

Wednesday Night Sailboat Races - A long running, popular recreational regatta that features sailboats divided into four fleets with each fleet having its own start and finish. Races are held 52 weeks a year, weather permitting, and are scheduled at 5:30 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time and 6:00 p.m. the remainder of the year.

Texas International Boat Show - The Texas International Boat Show is the largest and most exciting in-water Boat Show yet seen in this part of the USA. 400 boats, from 10’ to 100’, will be on display, both in the water and on-shore, many ready for attendees to demo! Bay boats, ski boats, sailboats, powerboats, luxury yachts and the latest water toys.
